Bio: Having practiced with some of the region’s largest law firms, Ms. Kozan has significant legal experience in a variety of practice areas, but especially in the areas of media law and commercial litigation. She is licensed to practice in both Florida and Louisiana. Upon graduating from the Louisiana State University School of Law, where she finished in the top ten percent of her class, Ms. Kozan was honored to serve as a federal judicial clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Polozola, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana.  Prior to law school, Ms. Kozan worked in the areas of journalism and media relations.
