Robert is the President and Managing Partner of Brownstone, P.A. His practice is 100% devoted to appellate litigation. He assists business and individual clients with federal appeals, state court appeals, writs, petitions, amicus curiae briefing, and regulatory and constitutional law issues. He is licensed in every federal court of appeals in the nation, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Paetra represents clients in a broad range of civil and criminal appellate matters. In addition to preparing appellate briefs, she is well-versed in constitutional law and represents clients in post-conviction, collateral proceedings at both the state and federal levels. Paetra has argued before several federal circuits courts of appeal, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. She has also argued all across the state of Florida.
Mr. Brownlee graduated cum laude from The Florida State University College of Law. During law school, he had the pleasure of clerking for the Honorable Edwin B. Browning, Jr. at Florida’s First District Court of Appeal, as part of an internship program. Based on his scholastic achievements during law school, Mr. Brownlee has the privilege of being a member of The Order of the Coif.
Andrew brings a fierce dedication to his appellate practice. He has represented clients in a number of federal, civil and criminal appellate matters throughout the country and has argued before the Second, Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to joining Brownstone, P.A. Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Mclain argues cases before federal and state court in numerous subject areas including civil and criminal matters. He is one of the firm’s most experienced
post-conviction lawyers, handling complex state court and federal habeas matters across the nation. Mr. Mclain brings a tenacious focus and superior oral advocacy skills to Brownstone, PA that is unmatched in his field.
