Understanding Justice Across Georgia
The Georgia Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court in the state of Georgia. Established in 1906, the court includes fifteen judges serving in five divisions. The court reviews appeals from trial courts across the state and may certify legal questions to the Supreme Court of Georgia.
