The Indiana Court of Appeals has statewide appellate jurisdiction over
• Civil appeals from Indiana trial courts
• Criminal appeals from Indiana trial courts
• Appeals that fall within the Court of Appeals authority
• Matters that may later be transferred for review by the Indiana Supreme Court in limited situations
