Upholding Justice in Santa Fe and Across New Mexico
The New Mexico Supreme Court is the state’s highest court and provides final appellate review in matters brought to it under New Mexico law and the Rules of Appellate Procedure. It is located in the historic Supreme Court Building in downtown Santa Fe at 237 Don Gaspar Avenue, near the Santa Fe River.
In addition to deciding cases, the Court’s Clerk’s Office serves as the primary point of contact for filings and court information, and the Court issues written opinions and orders that guide statewide legal standards.
